In summary, I lose total of 6kg (4.64 kg fats) in 60 days
Why I feel disappointing although it look amazing?
I feel really sorry to say I had violated some of the rules during the challenge. I do not follow the original rule given.
I eat snacks / buffet, and eat durian (overeat)
I drink soft drink. I eat ice cream.
It is hard to reject those temptation 🙁
Reflection
My VFA (Visceral Fat) drop from 16.5 to 13.5 over this period
Some key benefits include:
Better heart health
Lower visceral fat is linked to lower risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke.
Improved insulin sensitivity
Body can control blood sugar better, reducing risk of Type 2 Diabetes.
Less inflammation
Excess visceral fat releases inflammatory chemicals. Reducing it may help you feel less sluggish and support recovery from exercise.
Smaller waist / flatter belly appearance
Improved liver and metabolic health
High visceral fat is associated with fatty liver and metabolic syndrome.
Lower levels are usually protective.
My VFA is still high and in a unhealthy level, I will continue to achieve improvement in future
The 90 days challenge have not end yet
I still have the last 1 month
Will I be able to achieve my goal?
No1 know but I am very optimistic I can do it better.I want to be healthy and that is always my wish 🙂
